Anti-Enderman block

Please add a block that prevents endermen from teleporting to my village and taking blocks from buildings that took me days to build. An anti-enderman block prevents endermen from spawning within a 500x500 block radius. I'd like to build a village on my hardcore , but endermen keep destroying buildings. I found a grass block in the middle of the church.
