More freedom for bedrock add-ons

Hello there, I'm just requesting an idea that would significantly make bedrock better. So the limitations for bedrock mods are absolute, so by giving out a reference code like java, we can give fellow bedrock modders some intellectual tools for modding that could solve part of the version inequality and hate for bedrock edition. By giving bedrock modders a reference code (also called a source available) it would make it more comfortable to make mods in bedrock and increase the amount of players that want to make creative mods for bedrock. Think of it as a developer transparency initiative, it's a win win situation, we get the mods, and who knows, maybe market place mods could actually be more considerable then normal
