Rose Bushes should deal pricking damage like Sweet Berries Bush

So right now, if you walk through a Sweet Berry Bush, it slows you down and hurts you because of the thorns. But Rose Bushes? Nothing. You can walk right through them like they're just decoration. That doesn't really make sense.. roses are literally one of the first things people think of when you say "thorny plant." It just feels like something that got overlooked.
