A rotation feature

The community has long been asking for vertical slabs, but rather than adding a new crafting recipe and items that can only add to clutter. A rotation button that can allow one to rotate slabs stairs and trapdoors, can open whole new possibilities of creative freedom As for how this should be implemented I believe a respective key on the keyboard should be used for this and for pocket editions we can use the new pickup block button which I believe can benefit from the added ability long pressing the pickup block button allow for the placed block to rotated you can take advantage of the new drop update system to implement this as quick as possible, I really don't need to say much in terms of the benefits that this can allow
