sulfur cube potions effects

so what if there was an item you could use on a sulfur cube to make it keep certain effects forever (stuff like invisibility) and then you could use that item again and it disables the sulfur cube from keeping the effects then players could use it for stuff like cool build and minigames. i hope you can and thanks for the awesome updates keep it up!

  The item could be sulfur powder and it should be usable on all entities.
