Allow minecraft bedrock to make the height limit to 256 in nether

I want to make base in the nether roof.

    This has been one of the most frustrating disparity issues between bedrock and java! while the original access to the nether roof was a bug on java, it's basically a feature of the game! Access to the nether roof poses MAJOR advantages for Java that Bedrock don't have access to! it would be a huge win for bedrock to get this
