New Hostile Mob Settings

Hi mojang this is an idea to make the lives of players making builds with villagers in creative easier. This is a small idea to make setting in cheats to disable mob spawning but only for hostile mobs. (Would be up to the devs if it includes neutral mobs like drowned and spiders) so that builders who want to use hostile mobs in builds but want villagers and mob spawning can not have there villagers die.
