The Problem:
Ever since update 1.14, Woodland Mansions have lost their primary purpose. Between version 1.11 and 1.14, Evokers were rare, making the Mansion a high-stakes destination for Totems of Undying. Now that Raids allow players to farm dozens of Totems easily, there is little reason to travel thousands of blocks to find a Mansion.
To prevent Raids from being an infinite source of "free" Totems, Evokers killed during a Raid should no longer drop a full Totem. Instead, they drop an Exhausted Totem of Undying.
In Woodland Mansions: Evokers should continue to drop a 100% fully functional Totem of Undying.

To balance the game and restore the Mansion's prestige, I suggest the following changes to how Evokers handle Totems:

Preparedness Logic:
- In Raids: Evokers are attacking a village and are "battle-ready." They should visibly hold and use a Totem of Undying if they take fatal damage during a Raid. This makes Raids more engaging and difficult.
- In Mansions: Evokers are "caught off guard" in their homes. They do not hold the Totem and cannot use it, making them easier to slay than Raid Evokers.

New Crafting Recipe:
- To "recharge" an Exhausted Totem, players must place it in the center of a Crafting Table and surround it with 8 Gold Ingots.
In Woodland Mansions: Evokers should continue to drop a 100% fully functional Totem of Undying.
