Gemstone wands

I want gemstone wands that are crafted with a random gem (echo shards included) and a stick. Here is a list of the wand effects:

Echo wand: soundwave

Ruby wand (not redstone, actual ruby): fireball

Lapis lazuli wand: wave

Emerald wand: earth pulse (a block rises below your target)

Quartz wand: multiple beams

Void crystal wand: pulls mobs inward

they get amplified when they are near their gemstones.
