Being able to move the center of maps

Currently the maps are fixed to a fixed grid, and you can't change the center of a map. This especially starts to become a problem with large maps.

My idea: In a cartography table there is a dot in the middle of the map. You can drag this dot to anywhere on the map. This will be the new center of the map when you close the interface. If you leave and reenter the dot stays where you put it. When you put the dot close to the middle it snaps to the middle.

    The only problem I see with this is the fact that you might have overlapping areas of a map when you try to make a larger version.
