Mace breaks into a Heavy Core

When the Mace's durability depletes fully it should break but leave behind the Heavy Core. The Heavy Core part should be indestructible. it removes any enchanents and needs a new breeze rod to craft again. Because it's a unique item like Elytra it shouldn't just disappear completely.
