Movable Portal Frames

I love adventuring to find an end portal, the challenge comes for me when I have to travel thousands of blocks back and forth to gather materials from the end. Shulker boxes and elytras help, but I would love some day to be able to craft or obtain end portal frames to bring home. The rooms people could create around these in their base would be amazing, and people could have dedicated sections of their bases to other dimensions, which would be awesome. I would like this for ease of travel and so that I can focus on creating in survival rather than traveling to the same location hundreds of times. I think this could be done several ways, maybe in end cities, or some kind of new structure in the end dimension there are "portal cores" (working name). These cores would allow people to craft one frame, and eventually, they could gather 12 cores and be able to craft a full portal. Second, there could be a tool upgrade after reaching the end, or an ultra rare enchantment that allows people to mine end frames. Thank you for listening!
