/summon (mobs that lost all the mob votes and Minecraft dungeon mobs)

Allow people to summon mobs like iceologer, barnacles(monster of the ocean depth) and the great hunger. Also mobs like illager, Redstone monstrosity and jungle abomination. and other mobs too..
