I think it would be reasonable to add a difficulty lock to Bedrock, as it is implemented for Java Minecraft. I also think that achievements should be disabled for Bedrock if the player switches to peaceful difficulty. Peaceful difficulty makes the game too easy and also ruins the survival experience. However, a difficulty lock can be sufficient.
Additionally, a reward or achievement could be considered if the player plays on the highest difficulty or plays on hardcore difficulty.
