The grindstone should be able to be used for more than just removing enchantments. It makes sense to be able to use on blocks to align it more to its real world counterpart. As examples,
- Unwaxing stacks of copper blocks
- Grinding off levels of oxidization a level at a time off of copper blocks,
- Stripping stacks of logs
- Make gravel from stone or cobblestone
- Reverting sandstone to sand (perhaps it wouldn't be the same 1 to 4 ratio, could be 1 to 3, or 1 to 2)
- Unpacking netherwart blocks (could give you 1 or 2 netherwarts per block for balancing)
- Ice unpacking (wouldn't give you the 1 to 9 ratio, but could vary depending on if its Blue or Packed Ice)
The stone cutter should also be interact with copper blocks to unwax and deoxide them, and give you all the different variations according to the block you place into it. Similar to how you can put stone and get all the different variations of cobblestone now.
