Fuse enchanted book

This enchanted book will allow the elytra to be fused with a netherite chestplate at the cost of resistance. The book can only be found very rarely in special end ships with a 1 in 100000 chance to spawn replacing the elytra. To equip it you need a netherite chestplate with the enchantment and a full durability elytra at a smithing table. The fusion will cost 3 levels and the player will need to be at least level 35. Please don't think this is to rare and hard to get. It is to balance out the fact that you will be able to fly with full defense.
