Dying in the End Void can be frustrating as it causes you to lose everything in your inventory. But what if there was a way to stop the items from being lost to the void? For this, I suggest adding a new type of chest that belongs exclusively to any given player (as in cannot be shared). When the player dies in the void, their stuff would be directed to this chest instead of being lost to the void. In fact, this could even apply to any death, which might make netherite's gimmick less useful, though. To combat that, tools/armour could be left at the death location while other items are transferred to the chest. This could be a new variant of the Ender Chest, made using perhaps a new type of ender eye (which would be pretty lame and unoriginal imo) or maybe a new item could be added to the end which is used to craft this new chest, or could even be crafted with another item to form a base item for this chest (like how netherite ingots are crafted from netherite scraps and already existing gold ingots). The exclusivity of this chest could be executed by showing the player's name next to the chest upon opening it, which could perhaps be reverted by renaming it. Perhaps it could be fueled with something like chorus fruit (like how nether anchors are fueled with glowstone) or upgraded to increase the storage amount, or even both to increase the fuel capacity. I'm not sure what the chest could be based on called, so I'm open to suggestions on that.
