New Crafting Concept: Polishing Goods for Luminous Items

I am proposing a new feature called "Polishing Goods". This feature allows players to apply a glowing effect to blocks, items, and armor using a crafting recipe, making them visible and radiant in dark environments.

Key Features:

Universal Concept: The term "Polishing Goods" is designed to be easily localized for all languages.

Functionality: When an item is polished, it gains an emissive texture. It doesn't change stats, but it makes it glow beautifully in caves or at night.

The "Netherite" Rule: This effect applies to every single block and item EXCEPT the Netherite Sword. Netherite's lore as a light-absorbing material makes it immune to polishing.

Please ensure the localization for "Polishing Goods" is handled accurately across all languages.

I think this could be used with armour trims, where applying a certain item (maybe glowstone) could make the trim glow, but as you said, this wouldn't apply to netherite trims.
