Add "/tick" command and "tick freeze" to Bedrock Edition

Hello! I would like to request the implementation of the "/tick" command (including rate and freeze) in Bedrock Edition. This feature is already available in Java Edition and is essential for technical players, map makers, and for testing complex redstone machines. Having parity between versions in this tool would be a huge improvement for the Bedrock community. Thank you!
