Sulfur Film

Create a new item called the sulfur film that we can use to coat blocks/put blocks in them. When applied to a block, it should look exactly the same as a sulfur cube + a block inside but without the face of the sulfur cube. It allows blocks to perform the exact same function as a sulfur cube + block inside. This gives players a choice of whether to use the sulfur cube + a block inside or a block covered with sulfur film. I feel that having the sulfur cube's face on the block while using it to play minigames is rather awkward and unsightly so I feel this will give players more ability to enhance the aesthetic of their minigames.

  This would add the sulfur cube, but not the sulfur cube. whats the point of finding a new mob when you could do this. It defeats the point of the update.
