A Nether Chest

This might have been suggested before, but the idea of a Nether chest is generally a pretty useful one. As we all know, the Ender chest can be used privately by every player, so it would only be logical for the Nether chest to be accessible by every player from different locations. Let's say that you are somewhere building or mining and you run out of materials. Just let a friend know and they can place the items in their chest and they will appear on your end as well. The recipe could be something like, a regular chest, 7 Nether bricks and 1 eye of the Nether. The last being a new item made of an ender pearl, a ghast tear and a blaze rod. It would be interesting to see other suggestions of what the Eye of the Nether could be used for. Maybe to find a new structure or something.
