Adding a form of early potions, called brews

I want to see added to the game a way to make potion early. To make potions accessible to every player, even those who can't find or get to a neather fortress. Brews would be a early game way to get potions, crafted simply with a bowl, water bottle, and the ingredient. Brews would be just like potions, but only being half a potent as the weakest version of the potion. Brews can also be condensed into the weakest version of a potion by putting two Brews into a cauldron converting the Brews into one potion fill. I think Brews would be a good addition to the game as it allows early access to potions before getting a potion stand. With still encouraging player's to get a potion stand, to craft stronger potions, to make splash potions, and to make potions more cheaply.
