Add Pure Survival Mode (No Cheats, No Creative Switching)

Pure Survival mode allows you to disable access to Creative mode or cheats, just like Hardcore mode. However, this newer mode is very important for players who want to experience pure survival gameplay without switching to Creative mode or using cheat.
