ice boat hopping

boats should be capable of hopping up a block. the player can use the paddles to move up slightly. it's optional to use but it would allow more fun. it could enable better ice boat racing. and jumping up onto ice from the water should be possible, instead of breaking and placing the boat on the ice it could just move up. this feature would likely only work if boats keep their speed in the air moving.
