A late-game material that changes how death works in Minecraft.
Endium would be a new ore found in The End (duh), designed as an alternative to Netherite rather than a direct upgrade.
Instead of improving combat stats, Endium focuses on utility, inspired by the teleportation abilities of Enderman.
Features
Item Recovery on Death
Endium tools and armor teleport back to the player after respawning. Only Endium gear returns — all other items are still lost.
Automatic Item Collection
Blocks mined and mob drops go directly into the player’s inventory, preventing loss in lava, the void, or other players.
Balance
Endium provides no combat advantages.
It is not stronger than Netherite — just different.
This creates a meaningful choice between combat strength and safety/utility.
Why It Fits
- Expands The End without changing its core feel
- Reduces frustration while keeping death meaningful
- Adds a new late-game playstyle without power creep
Visuals
Endium would likely have a purple tone, fitting the End, with some kind of subtle End/Ender Eye detailing on the armor.
