Glowtorch Enchantment

This new enchantment will be exclusive to the helmet and will come in levels 1-3. This enchantment will be a treasure enchantment meaning it can only be found in chests and will be a new alternative to the miners helmet that people request as it will better fit with minecraft. This enchantment cannot be combined with the other helmet exclusive enchants too. Whenever a player enters an area that has a light level lower than 7, the enchantment automatically turns on and the helmet glows. At level 1, the helmet glows at a light level of 5, and increases by 3 for every level, capping at a light level of 11. The durability of the helmet will also get used up whenever this enchantment is on and this durability usage gets slightly increased as the levels go up.
