Ores in sulfur caves

The sulfur caves biome currently completely overrides ores, which makes actively avoiding them a good idea. This should not be the case, there's no reason why ores shouldn't still spawn here. The biome is dangerous due to its abundance of cave spiders, and yet the normal reward from caving is absent here when you think there'd be more reward, or at least equal.

  I heard in a Wattles video (in the comments of that video) that Mojang intentionally did this for realism because sulfur in real life would dissolve a lot of ores that would normally form in caves.
