more crystal variants- they can change the colour of enchantment glint

we already have amethyst, that would be purple. the remaining colours would get a gem. they would be biome specific and rare. Like amethyst, they would have a placeable form, and be used in amour templates. quartz would also get a crystallized form. There could be dimension specific gems too. Opal could be found in the end. it doesn’t have a crystalline structure, but everyone loves opal. it would be very pretty as an enchantment glint. Other crystals include ruby (red glint), rose quartz, (pink), aquamarine, (blue), turquoise (cyan), malachite (green). There is a lot of creative freedom the team could use, and there could be educational opportunities as well!
