Add Sprint, Crouch, and Jump buttons when using D-pad movement

suggesting that Minecraft Bedrock (MCPE) should allow D-pad movement to work together with the joystick-style sprint button — so you can use the D-pad to move while still having access to the sprint/unsprint toggle, crouch, and jump buttons on the right side.
