It could be in the settings you could turn on shaders or even could buy it from the marketplace.

Honestly, I will not be happy unless mojang decides to give the community access to shaders. The marketplace is okay, and I'm happy people are making money off of it, but I want to be able to get shaders for free on android and windows 10, just like I used to.
