new item specialized for creative building

I have played minecraft for 6 years and think it´s time for a new block that helps you with building in creative you get it by using the /give command, I like to call it the building block. You select the block you want to use by putting the item/block on it in the inventory slot so that is says selected block/item you put inn, and then you can select the area by placing two blocks in a specific area the area gets highlighted you can den rightclick the block and it fills the entire space whit the block you selected in the beginning.
