Split Bounciness attribute into a floor, wall & ceiling attribute

    Further example where this would be useful:
    It is possible to assign attribute modifiers to items, and more specifically armour pieces
    Currently, you can make one piece of armour add bounciness in every way
    Thematically, id normally put it on boots because you typically bounce on the floor, so lets use that for example
    Boots making you bounce on the floor, makes sense, although it wouldnt make as much sense for bouncing it on walls, so assigning it to a chestplate may make more sense
    But still, wearing boots or chestplate doesnt explain how you bounce of a ceiling with your head
    So if a datapacker wanted to make a bouncy set of armour which worked logically, it would be much more convinient if the different directions were split
    (Also, only having floor bouncing makes movement much easier to control - but this doesnt mean that wall and ceiling bouncing should be removed, just split)
