Bedrock Sulfur Cubes should spawn in Peaceful Mode as they do in Java

In Bedrock, Sulfur cubes do not spawn in Peaceful Mode, despite being a friendly mob that does not damage the player in any circumstance. However, in Java, Sulfur Cubes spawn in Peaceful Mode. To keep parity and consistency between versions and to allow peaceful players to experience this friendly mob.

  It would be awful if peaceful players couldn't use the new mob. It doesn't even harm the player!
