Getting rid of snow on builds

An idea about how to manage unwanted snow on builds. Maybe make add a feature to magma blocks that they melt snow in an area around them. Even if covered so that they are not visible. Make it a small enough area that you'd need a good amount of them but not too small. Maybe they would melt/prevent snow from gathering in a 10 block radius around them.
