add a new m̆̈ŏ̈b̆̈ you can decide its name

It will give you regeneration and will automatically repair your tools by 1 quarter every 3 minutes. Its name should be voted by you guys so vote this so more people can help me. (Also the mob can have a simple name like jim or billy but i kinda like "the wreckage" since it will spawn in mineshafts)
