Leaf Litter is very common and found almost everywhere. Because of this, it’s easy to break it accidentally, which quickly fills up your inventory. Most of the time, players end up dropping it since it doesn’t have many practical uses.
I suggest making it so that Leaf Litter can only be collected using Shears. This way, players who actually want it for decoration can still obtain it, while preventing others from accidentally picking it up.
