Note Block Addition: Resonant and Deafening

As an avid note block user, there is a constant issue of certain blocks being way to overpowering, and the only way of fixing it is putting the blocks further away(Which isn't very reliable.) So I am proposing the idea of Resonant and Deafened note blocks. Simply put any sort of carpet on top of the note block, thus deafening the block, or place a bell on top, making the note last longer.
