Glint Changing(New Smithing Template)

The Glint Change Smithing Template is uncommonly found in mineshaft minecart chests and is used to change the color of the enchantment glint on your equipment. By combining the template, an enchanted item, and a dye in a Smithing Table, you can customize the item's visual glint. This template can be duplicated in a Crafting Table using one Glint Change Smithing Template, seven diamonds, and an amethyst block. I think Amethyst is the ideal material for this, as its connection to light and refraction(like tinted glass) makes it perfect for modifying an item's glint appearance. Just like the other template, this would purely be for cosmetics. This would also give Amethyst a new use expanding on its functionality.
