Pond microbiomes

Ponds should be added as a microbiome. It should generate as a Swamp biome in most cases, contained in forest and plains biomes. In all temperature zones. In temperate biomes, this can generate a new lilypad variant, the Rooted Lilypad. This is a lilypad with a root stretching to the floor. This would be a good time to add the Flowering Lilypad. This would be a brown and orange amphibian with the frills removed. In frozen biomes the pond would generate frozen.
