Use a Baby Carrier/Sling in the chest armor slot to carry baby mobs

Transporting mobs could definitely be a lot easier!  Transporting mobs via railroads and boats can be pretty frustrating.  It would be great to transport a baby mob on your back with a papoose!  Papoose are essentially devices that are used to carry babies from one place to another.  the tradeoff for this easier way to transport mobs would be you would need to wait a while before the child matures and be becomes a productive adult.
