The effect strength should effect how far the Sulfur Cube goes

When drinking a potion of strength or getting the effect from commands, the sulfur cube should scale the amount of strength. I do mean the effect particularly as Ik about how the damage changes it

  I’m sorry, I’ve tested the effect and I didn’t work. Ik that damage changes it but from what I’ve tested I have seen no change with the effect. My bad
