End islands, but they are actually islands.

I've seen that Mojang wants the end to have the same feel to it, still mostly void of things and empty. And I have a solution for updating the end while still having it "empty"! The end islands should be on some form of ocean that you can not swim in, only fall through, like something called liquid stardust that you can put in a bucket. This liquid stardust would look like lots of small white particles, similar to the particles you see in water! So A, it would look amazing, and the bigger part, B, Mojang can put whatever they want in the liquid stardust! Wether it be structures, mobs (preferably fish looking creatures, or, uh, alien fish?), or even an entire new dimension! If Mojang where to do all this, I recommend a mirror dimension, the only dimension you have anti-gravity, and can't have anti-gravity anywhere else. It could even be an upside down environment with flora but all the blocks and item have inverted colors, compared to colors that they look like they would normally have.
