Resaturate the sulfur biome.

When we jokingly called it "the mcdonalds biome" or "the ketchup and mustard biome", we meant that in a good way. Minecraft is in desperate need of blocks that are simultaneously colorful and rugged. We need contrast. Cinnabar and sulfur looking like muscle and fat respectively was really neat, and I like for it to go back to that.
