Java X bedrock

I think that bedrock and java are too far apart Java has many more features that bedrock don’t have like offhand weapons or eating or placing blocks. Aswell as mods, bedrock should be able to have a mod menu that you could activate similar to Java. I think for a game like Minecraft which has many players that PC and console players should have similar abilities to eachother allowing the game to be the same for anyone no matter the console. My main point is that bedrock should be able to do what Java can do if not more.
