new enchantment "additional experience"

Hello. I have an idea for a new charm. this enchantment will give additional experience after killing a mob. the name that I came up with: "Additional Experience". I love playing with command blocks and having fun doing cool stuff and would love to see a new enchantment in the game. I really want to contribute to the game! thanks!
