Cem/Custom Entity Model support and animation support for Minecraft Java

Minecraft Java is limited in this asset which makes no sense at all as it has so much modding capabilities but no cem support, this could make modding 100x better and easier, I honestly don’t know why this hasn’t been added already please mojang
