Nether creepers with soul variants

A creeper made out of magma from the nether that hisses all the time until it stops hissing when it's going to explode. There would be a soul varient too that would act similar to a charged creeper and they would drop glowstone dust or something similar. Thank you for your time and I hope you add this mojang :D
