Golden Dandelions should prevent crops from growing in a 9x9 radius.

For years, many have requested some way to prevent crops from growing for additional building opportunities. A plant which stops things from aging would be the perfect item to apply this functionality towards.

This would also give a hint as to what to do with the Golden Dandelion as a new player is unlikely to randomly feed it to a baby mob, however they are likely to plant it near crops, and seeing that it has properties which prevent growth/aging would provide a hint as to its usage.

The 9x9 radius also allows for the Golden Dandelion to be feasibly hidden underneath crop fields if a player doesn't wish for the Golden Dandelion to be visible but still wishes to prevent crop aging.
