Add air punching animation for mobile touch controls

Currently, on mobile Bedrock Edition, there is no hand-swinging animation when punching the air. On PC, it works fine, which makes the gameplay feel more responsive. I suggest adding this animation to mobile devices as well to improve visual feedback and match the PC version. The motion of punching in the air is an essential feature for inputting specific commands when playing the mode.

    Please make Minecraft bedrock mobile players air please we need this to make videos and others things it's not okay if we don't have it it's so boring and just watch pc and controller players can do that but we mobile players felt bored and just leave Minecraft and player another game so please Mojang.
