missing city of Atlantic

the idea is to add a new biome and in the water there will be the missing city of Atlantic this is defiantly a great idea because it would feature new mobs tools and blocks also as this would link to making a new portal were you can get to the kingdom and fight guardians  and maybe add a boss like a leviathan .
